We are currently in the process of applying for association status


REPA is a registered trade association dedicated to helping people buy real estate in Thailand.

We are a non-profit association based at our offices in Bangkok and with the resources and facilities to extend our services to cover Thailand nationwide.

REPA is not a real estate agency or brokerage. We are simply here to help you – the real estate buyer – make an informed and safe decision on your investment in Thailand.

Our services are provided FREE of charge to all real estate buyers.

We inform, advise and educate potential buyers on all relevant aspects of making investments/purchases in Thailand.

REPA members are all carefully vetted and must comply with strict conditions for joining the association. These include a minimum of 5 years successful business operation in Thailand.

REPA members act with integrity, honesty and transparency.

Agents/Developers – Legal/Financial Services – Insurance and other parties that are all key to a successful real estate transaction.

As a real estate buyer you can take further comfort in the option of recourse through the REPA independent ´dispute resolution program´ should any problems occur.


We are the industry standard in Thai real estate


REPA is a dynamic exclusive membership association covering the Thai real estate market nationwide.

Our members comprise only carefully vetted and approved real estate professionals. All REPA members must comply with strict joining criteria which include 5 years minimum of business operations in Thailand.

Representing all parties key to a successful real estate transaction and beyond, REPA members include agents – brokers – developers – legal/financial services – insurance.

Members will have access to, and benefit from, the use of the REPA logo on letterheads, websites, business cards, window displays and more.

Online help desk is available to all members, while company information and details of members will be displayed on the REPA website.

With REPA, members will enjoy access to and exposure from real estate and property exhibitions across Thailand and abroad.

Upon approval and listing as an association member, companies will have further advertising opportunities through the bi-annual REPA magazine ‘The Real Estate Bulletin (Thailand)’.

Education & Training


Education and training is important to the culture of REPA. We are currently developing certificate and diploma courses to be introduced in the first quarter of 2016. With our tailored training programs REPA aims to educate and encourage members to improve their knowledge and skill sets, all of which will enable them to deliver the best possible quality of service.
